To invest through SIX, there is a $500 minimum for each investment on the ASX. When you buy ASX-listed shares through SIX, the minimum order for each share or investment is $500. The minimum order amount or “marketable parcel” limit is set by the ASX (8.10.2), and applies to all CHESS-sponsored brokers (including SIX).

There are no fees to join SIX, or when transferring your existing shares to your SIX account. However, brokerage fees will apply to all trades made through SIX.

SIX’s brokerage costs are $9.90 per trade for trades of up to $9,000. Trades valued over $9,000.00 will have a 0.11% brokerage fee applied instead.
