When you join SIX and start investing, you will likely receive the following documentation. Some of these are sent by our trading partner Finclear, others by the company you invest in.

Order confirmations
You will be sent an order confirmation (or Contract Note) after you buy your shares. As you've already paid for your shares via your SIX wallet, you won't need to make any additional payments for your order to be accepted.

ASX CHESS portal

As part of setting up a trading account, we've automatically notified ASX that users want to receive statements electronically rather than receiving paper statements. You can activate the ASX link if you would like to, although it doesn’t include information you don’t already receive through the SIX app or the company registries.

Confirmation of bank account details
Dividends you receive from your investments are paid back to your SIX wallet, and if you receive communication regarding setting/changing to an account with a BSB of 802-985 labelled CUSCAL Ltd, this is your SIX Wallet dividends account. When making contributions to your SIX Wallet, please use the PayID or Bank Details available in your SIX App when you click the ‘Add Funds’ button.

Letters from the share registries used by companies you purchase shares in
Once you purchase shares in a company, you’ll likely receive a letter of confirmation (in the post) from their share registry.
