If your order is successful you will receive a contract note from Finclear (our trading partner) in your email. Contract notes will have a settlement date in the future as we operate on a T+2 (trade date plus 2 business days) settlement schedule. As you have already paid for your shares through your SIX wallet, no further payment will be needed once you receive your contract note.
If your order isn't showing in your account, you may need to wait a few hours for the information to update. If you have any concerns, you can reach out to the team at hello@six-invest.com.au.
You can also view the status of your order by going to Portfolio>Orders. Transactions can also be viewed in your wallet.
