What are Annotation Groups?
Annotations are organised into groups for efficient management. Each project starts with a default group, and you can create additional groups to categorise annotations by criteria such as project phases, buildings, or team members.
How to create an annotation group and rename it?
Launch the project in 3D. Click on Add on Layer tab and select New annotation group.
Give the group a name and click Save.
To rename the group, double-click the name.
How to create or move an annotation into a group?
When create an annotation, select the group in which you want to save it.
To move an annotation from one group to another, simply click on "..."
Click on Move to group.
Select the group you want the annotation to be moved to, and then click Move to group.
