Share Annotations with Skand users
To share a specific annotation with a teammate who also has access to Skand, simply click the share button in the annotation panel. The URL will be automatically copied to your clipboard, making it easy to share directly.
Share with stakeholders who don't have login access to Skand
You can also create a share link to grant access to specific annotation groups for others who don't have login access to Skand. This is particularly useful for collaborative projects or when you need to quickly share important information.

Export 3D Annotations to Shapefiles and GeoJSON
Skand offers Shapefile and GeoJSON exports for your 3D annotations. This ensures seamless integration and flexibility across various geospatial platforms.

How to create Annotation Reports
Additionally, you can export your annotations as PDFs for formal documentation or as spreadsheets for further analysis or integration with other tools. These features ensure that your data remains accessible and valuable even outside the Skand platform.
Navigate to the Report page.
Click on Create report.
Enter details and select project.
Choose the annotations you want to include.
Click Create.
PDF and XLSX files will be generated for viewing and downloading, containing all the fields from the template. Please note that PDF generation may take longer to process, while the XLSX file will be available for immediate download.
