How to Select Annotations in a Report?
When generating a report in SKAND, you have the option to customise which annotations are included. Instead of exporting all annotations by default, you can manually select only the ones that are relevant to your needs. Selecting specific annotations helps ensure your report stays focused, clear, and aligned with your project goals.
The next steps follow directly after steps 1 to 5 from the Creating a Report guide.
You can manually choose the annotations you want to be included on your report by ticking their checkboxes.
By clicking the Remove All button, you can remove all the annotations you previously selected.
You can also use filters to select specific criteria. Simply click on the Filter button.
Choose and open your selected templates.
Tick the checkbox of the criteria that you want to filter.
Filtered annotations will update accordingly.
Click on "Clear selection" if you want to clear all selected criteria.
Or click on the parent criteria to select all the criteria under it.
Once done, click on "X" to close the filter.
Tick Annotation Name checkbox to select all filtered annotations.
