What are Reports?
Annotation Reports make it easy for you to export annotation data from your project. You can choose to download the report as a PDF or a spreadsheet, so you can dive deeper into analysis or use the PDF as a polished document for sharing with others.
How to Create Reports?
1. Click on Create Report

2. Enter report details

3. Use the search bar to find the project you want to generate the report for

4. Choose all relevant annotations or use filters to select specific ones

5. Click on Create to confirm your selections to generate the report
6. The report will be created and PDF generation will start.
Note: The XLSX file will be ready to download right away, while the PDF may take a little longer to generate.
When to Regenerate a Report?
You would need to regenerate the report if you want to get the latest annotation data in PDF after updating annotations or annotation templates. However, when you download the XLSX file, it will always include the most up-to-date data without needing to regenerate the report.
By integrating reports with Power BI, you can automatically sync and visualise the latest data from your selected annotations in real-time.
