Adding a tag to your Clients/Leads will streamline your communication process with your contacts. All Contacts associated with a specific tag will receive a message when you include that tag in your messages or campaigns.
Warning: One-time messages will send messages to all contacts associated with the tag, including inactive patients.
To start, click a gray tag box to select it. When selected, the tag bar should be highlighted in blue. At the same time, a second column will appear in which you can assign the selected tags to contacts.
Tip: Multiple tags can be selected at once. This is useful when you need to add contacts to several topics.
Tip: Clicking on a blue highlighted tag will deselect it.
Next, select the clients or leads checkbox to filter contacts by that type. Scroll through the list or search names and click all contacts you want to be associated with the tag.
When tags have been added to a contact, their names will appear in a third column (“Noted as Clients/Leads with tags”), showing every Client or lead associated with that tag. Click a name in this column to remove it from the tag. If all contacts are removed from a tag, this column will disappear.
Delete Tag
Select the “X” Icon on the right side of any tag bar to remove the tag from your office's system, and select yes to confirm the deletion of the tag.
Warning: All Contacts associated with this tag will be untagged. When deleting tags, ensure you are not breaking any crucial communication chains. Accidentally deleting a critical tag will require you to rebuild it from the ground up and re-add your contacts.
