Campaigns - Tags

Learn how to create, organize, and communicate with groups using SKED’s Campaigns feature to streamline marketing and targeted messaging.

📝 Overview

The Campaigns feature in SKED allows your practice to group clients into customizable lists for targeted communication. Whether you’re sharing marketing updates, wellness resources, or condition-specific messages, Campaigns help you reach the right audience efficiently.

🎯 Creating a Campaign

Start by typing the campaign name and clicking Add.

You can then search for clients to add to the selected campaign.

To minimize a selected campaign, simply unselect it from the campaigns column.

To view the patients connected to a specific campaign, select it in the campaigns column.

🏷️ Adding Tags

In the Clients tab, you can also add tags to individual accounts.

Tags help you further organize and target your communication, making it easy to connect with specific patient groups.

💬 Sending Messages to Campaigns

Once you have a campaign created, you can send a one-time message to the clients attached to that campaign.

To do this:

  1. Go to the One-Time Messages tab.

  2. Click Compose, or choose a message from a template.

  3. Under Who should receive this message, select the Campaigns option.

  4. Choose the campaigns you wish to include.

The patients connected to the selected campaigns will be listed here.

When selecting multiple campaigns:

  • The AND option will send the message only to patients attached to all selected campaigns.

  • The OR option will send the message to anyone attached to at least one of the selected campaigns.

Key Takeaways

  • Campaigns allow you to group clients for targeted communication.

  • Use tags in the Clients tab for added organization.
