Folders

Introduction

Folders are a handy feature included in SKEDs automated messages. Your office can add specific automated messages to custom created folders to make organization a breeze.

Organize Automated messages with Folders

  • Click a Folder filter tab to display results based on a pre-made folder.

  • When a folder is applied, the folder option will be highlighted in blue

Add new Folders:

  • Click the “+” button to add new Folders

  • Type a name for the new folder and press Create

  • This folder will now be added to the list of folders, and messages can now be sorted to it.

Checkbox: To view all messages that aren't included in a folder, click this box

Checkboxes to select rows:

This button allows you to select all checkboxes next to each displayed message at the same time

  • You can also view a hidden checkbox on each message by hovering over the message's title.

  • The name(s) with an activated checkbox can be moved to a folder

    or deleted

FAQs

How do I go back to seeing all the messages?

Click the highlighted folder again, and it will show all messages.

How do I edit a folder name?

Hover over the folder name, click the three-dot icon, and click Edit. Once you have changed it, click Save.

How do I delete a folder?

Hover over the folder name, click the three-dot icon, and click Delete.

How do I move certain messages into folders?

Click the check boxes next to the name of the messages you want to copy to a folder, click the folder icon in the titles row, and select the appropriate folder.

Can a message go into more than one folder?

No. A message can only be assigned to one folder at this time.

How do I take a message out of a folder?

Once in the folder, click the check box next to the message title and then click the crossed-out folder icon.

Can I reorder the folders?

Not at this time. It will be ordered by the created date.

Do messages have to be in a folder?

No, but offices find it helpful to find specific messages if they have many enabled.
