Introduction
The appointment reports page allows you to create a report of appointments based on criteria you set in the top toolbar of this page. You can make flexible use of the filters to show reports based on timeframe, appointment status, provider, location, and more.
This page will show the client, their phone number, the date of the appointment, and the appointment type, as well as the professional overseeing the appointment, and the status of the current appointment. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled, you will also be able to see the reason on this page as well.
After running a report, you can click on a clients name to activate the client modal. Click here to learn more about using the client modal.
Filter Appointments
The top toolbar of the page includes versatile filter options to help you quickly locate a specific appointment report. You can reset the enabled filters anytime by clicking the “ Reset Filters” button on the top right of the page.
Filter by Clients
Click the trio Silhouette icon to activate the client search function. You can search the clients by name to see all the results for that client. Like most pages in SKED, it sorts by the Last name, then the First Name.
Filter by Time Frame
Click the Calendar with a clock icon to activate a menu in which you can customize the time frame you see appointment reports for. You can type the time frame. directly into the text boxes or use the calendar button in the cell to set your range.
Filter by Confirmation Status
Click the circular checkmark icon, and select the confirmation status you would like to see results from. By default, this will be set to “Any”.
Filter by Appt Types
Click the Calendar icon with a wavy line to filter by appointment types. You can either type in the desired appointment type(s) or use the downward arrow to activate a dropdown menu where you can select multiple types.
To remove an appointment type from the results, click on the blue x when it appears in the top text field.
Filter by Professionals
Click the Silhouette icon to begin filtering by your office’s providers. You can either type in their name or click the down arrow to see a list of your providers.
If you're creating a report for appointments that were further in the past with professionals who are no longer at your office, they may have been hidden and you'll need to click ” Show hidden Professionals” to include them on the report.
Filter by Appt Statuses
Click the Calendar icon with a checkmark to view a list of possible appointment statuses and enable whichever statuses you would like to see results for.
Filter by Location
Click the map marker icon to activate a dropdown containing your office locations and click the location you wish to filter reports for.
Print Report
Click the printer icon on the top right of the page to print the results of the appointment reports page, and follow the instructions to print the page on the next screen.
FAQs
What types of reports can I run with this tool?
If your office keeps daily, weekly, or monthly statistics, this can be a great tool to capture those numbers easily. You can filter for specific appointment types, such as adjustments, prenatal, pediatric, and new patients, and boost appointments. You could also use it to see how many appointments each doctor saw within a given time period.
Can I export the results to a CSV or XLSX file?
No. At this time, the results can only be printed, but you can expand to see more results on one page and copy/paste the information into a spreadsheet.
Can I print the results?
Yes! Click the printer icon after filtering the data.
Can I select all appointment types?
At this time, all appointment types need to be selected individually.
Why don’t I see data from previous years?
The data available is based on when the office is onboarded. We will generally have close to one year of data before the integration date.
