To cancel an appointment in the SKED App, follow the steps below:
Tap the appointment you'd to cancel
Tap the menu icon in the upper right corner (3 dots)
Tap "Cancel Appointment"
Tap "No" to Cancel (or "Yes" to Reschedule)
Enter a Cancellation reason > Submit
