How to reschedule one person in a group appointment

If you and your group members have an appointment on the same date & time, follow the steps below to reschedule only one of those appointments:

When viewing the list of appointments click on the patient's name that you want to reschedule. Do no click on the appointment itself, only the client name. This will pull up the individual appointment for that client, and you'll be able to reschedule their appointment instead of the group appointment.

Another way you can do this is using the filter option. Follow the steps below to reschedule an appointment using this method.

  1. On the Appointments screen, tap the Filter dropdown

  2. Tap People and check the box next to the group member you'd like to reschedule for. The Appointments screen will only list that patient's appointments.

  3. Tap their appointment to reschedule
