✅ How to Check if Messages Are Being Sent in SKED
You can verify message delivery in two places: the Clients tab and the Automated Messages tab.
Option 1: Check in the Clients Tab
In your SKED Admin, select the Clients tab.
Search for the client and click their name to open their profile.
Select Messages.
You will see a list of all messages sent to that PM.
You can click on each message to view more details of the specific message.
Option 2: Check in the Automated Messages Tab
In your SKED Admin, click the Automated Messages tab.
Select the type of message you want to check:
Reminder
Birthday
Reactivation
Rapid
From the Messages tab, select the message name.
Click the Sent Messages tab.
You will see a list of all practice members who have received this message, along with the date and time it was sent.
This step-by-step workflow ensures you can confirm that your messages are reaching your practice members.
