How to verify if patients are being sent messages?

How to Check if Messages Are Being Sent in SKED

You can verify message delivery in two places: the Clients tab and the Automated Messages tab.


Option 1: Check in the Clients Tab

  1. In your SKED Admin, select the Clients tab.

  2. Search for the client and click their name to open their profile.

  3. Select Messages.

  4. You will see a list of all messages sent to that PM.

  5. You can click on each message to view more details of the specific message.


Option 2: Check in the Automated Messages Tab

  1. In your SKED Admin, click the Automated Messages tab.

  2. Select the type of message you want to check:

    • Reminder

    • Birthday

    • Reactivation

    • Rapid

  3. From the Messages tab, select the message name.

  4. Click the Sent Messages tab.

  5. You will see a list of all practice members who have received this message, along with the date and time it was sent.


This step-by-step workflow ensures you can confirm that your messages are reaching your practice members.
