Overview
This guide explains how to manually enroll patients in a drip campaign, change their campaign status, pause, remove, or advance them in the campaign, and view their audit history. Use these steps if your drip campaign uses manual enrollment, or if you need to add a patient who doesn't meet automatic enrollment criteria.
Manually Enroll a Patient in a Campaign
Search for the patient
Use the Clients section or the top search bar
Open the patient profile
Scroll to Drip Campaigns
Click the + (plus icon)
Select a campaign
Choose the starting step
If you select a message step, it sends immediately
The patient will then move to the next delay step
Click Enroll to confirm

Open the patient profile
Find the active campaign
Click the ⋯ (three dots) next to it
From here, you can:
Change the current step
Pause the campaign
Remove the patient
View Status & History
The campaign list shows:
Status (Active, Opted Out, Completed)
Current step
Click the clock icon to view:
Message history
Full activity log for that patient
Notes
Automatic enrollment requires the appointment to be marked “Arrived”
Patients with Scheduled, Missed, or Cancelled appointments will NOT be enrolled automatically
