Patient Enrollment & Management

Overview

This guide explains how to manually enroll patients in a drip campaign, change their campaign status, pause, remove, or advance them in the campaign, and view their audit history. Use these steps if your drip campaign uses manual enrollment, or if you need to add a patient who doesn't meet automatic enrollment criteria.

Manually Enroll a Patient in a Campaign

  1. Search for the patient

    • Use the Clients section or the top search bar

  2. Open the patient profile

  3. Scroll to Drip Campaigns

  4. Click the + (plus icon)

  5. Select a campaign

  6. Choose the starting step

    • If you select a message step, it sends immediately

    • The patient will then move to the next delay step

  7. Click Enroll to confirm

Manage a Patient's Campaign Enrollment

View Status & History

  • The campaign list shows:

    • Status (Active, Opted Out, Completed)

    • Current step

    • Message history

    • Full activity log for that patient

Notes

  • Patients with Scheduled, Missed, or Cancelled appointments will NOT be enrolled automatically

Key Takeaways

  • Manual enrollment lets you include patients outside automation rules

  • You can adjust steps, pause, or remove patients anytime

  • Audit history gives full visibility into patient communication

  • Automatic enrollment depends on appointment status

Summary

Manual enrollment gives you flexibility to control how and when patients enter campaigns. Use it to fill automation gaps and manage patient communication directly from their profile.
