Drip Campaign Builder Overview
When creating or editing a campaign, you’ll work within the Campaign Builder, where you control how patients enter the campaign and how messages are delivered over time.
Enrollment Types
Campaigns can be configured to enroll patients in two ways:
Manual Enrollment – Patients are added individually by your team
Automatic Enrollment – Patients are added based on an arrived appointment type
Campaign Structure
Drip campaigns are built using a sequence of steps:
Message Steps – Texts or emails sent to patients
Delay Steps – Scheduled time gaps between messages
This structure allows you to control the timing and flow of communication. You can also track where patients are in the campaign and see which messages have already been sent.
Organizing Steps
As a best practice, name each step or message, such as "Welcome Text," for better organization and easy management.
