No. The program is designed for the needs of refugees and does not require a passport to apply.
The only document you need to provide us when you apply is your UNHCR registration document. See our guide to UNHCR documentation here.
If you are shortlisted for the RSSP, we will work with you to gather necessary documentation to prove your identity and obtain a travel document, if you do not have one already.
