When a seller cancels or reverses a trade, your purchase is automatically refunded. You don’t need to open a ticket or confirm anything. The funds go straight back to your SkinSwap balance.

If you prefer having the money returned to your original payment method, you can request a withdrawal through support after the refund arrives in your balance.

What happens if the seller reverses a Steam trade?

When a seller cancels or reverses a trade, your refund is always instant and goes straight back to your SkinSwap balance.

What if the buyer reverses a trade they already accepted?

If you accept a trade from the seller on Steam and later reverse it, the item is removed from your inventory and the payment cannot be refunded.

Declining an un-accepted or incorrect incoming offer is safe. Only reversing an already accepted trade causes the loss.

Summary

Seller reverses through Steam → usually instant, but can take up to 14 days.
Buyer reverses the trade → no refund.
