To receive a PayPal payout, your PayPal account must be verified and the email address you enter must be correct.
What are the fees and minimum?
The fee is 2.9% + $0.25 and the minimum payout is $1. Once sent, PayPal payouts arrive instantly.
Why do I need a verified PayPal account?
Payouts to unverified PayPal accounts fail. If this happens, we email you and open a conversation for you. See My payout failed.
Why do I need to claim my funds?
Some PayPal payouts must be claimed. Open the email from PayPal and click Claim Funds. If you don't see the email, check that you entered the right PayPal address.
Can a PayPal payout be delayed?
Very rarely, a PayPal payout can take longer to be sent. If yours has not arrived, contact us through the chat button at the bottom right of the site or at support@skinswap.com.
