Reply in that conversation and tell us what happened.
Fix the problem with your payout account, or choose a different payout method and send us the new details.
We update your sale and send the payout again.
Please use the conversation that was created for you rather than opening a new one.
Why do payouts fail?
A common reason is an unverified PayPal account. Sometimes PayPal blocks a payout, and you need to choose another method.
