Why do CS2 sales take 7 days?
Steam applies a 7-day trade protection period to CS2 trades. When it ends, the trade completes automatically and your payout is sent.
How long does it take to arrive?
Once your payout is sent, crypto, PayPal, Venmo and Pix arrive instantly. SEPA arrives instantly in most cases. Bank transfers take 1 to 2 business days.
Where can I check my payout?
Go to your Profile, open Transactions and check the Pending Payouts tab: skinswap.com/profile/transactions. It shows exactly when your payout will be sent, down to the hour.
Can I cancel a payout?
No. A payout can't be cancelled.
What if my payout has not arrived?
If your payout failed, we email you and open a conversation for you automatically. See My payout failed.
PayPal payouts sometimes need to be claimed from the PayPal email. See PayPal payouts.
