Payroll info in Workforce Mobile app for Employees

Employees can add direct deposit information, view paystubs and tax documents, and update payroll details straight from the mobile app.

You already use the app to drop and swap shifts, check your schedule, and request time off. Now you can see your paystubs too.

This article applies only if your company uses Salaris Payroll to run payroll.

Download the Workforce App

You'll need the Workforce Management mobile app and an activated account. If you don't have these yet:

  1. Get invited to Workforce Management

    1. if you don't already have the app, get your manager to invite you from the employee tab in Workforce

  2. Download the app

    1. Scan the QR code below, or

    2. Search "Workforce Management" in the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).

  3. Activate your account

    1. Enter your mobile number and enter the verification code you receive.

    2. Your account connects to your company automatically. You can now see your shifts, message your team, and use every Workforce feature.

Access Payroll information

  1. Open the Workforce Management app and log in.

    1. If you manage a team but also want your own worker view, tap More > Switch account.

  2. Tap More > Payroll.

  3. If you work for more than one company, select the one whose payroll you want to view.

  4. Tap Update my payroll profile to check your details are correct, for example your payment method, W-4, and address

    1. Specific forms and fields will vary depending on the state you live and work in

  5. Once you've been paid, this screen shows:

    1. your latest paystub

    2. all past paystubs

    3. your tax documents

  1. Having trouble adding your payroll information?

    1. Ask your employer to confirm they have added your start date, pay schedule, and primary workplace in Salaris. You can give them this link
