Why Workforce Management and Salaris Payroll?
Salaris Payroll is the only payroll solution that is seamlessly integrated with Workforce, making payroll quick and easy.
Once your team’s timecards are approved in Workforce Management, their hours, breaks, overtime, tips, and compliance-related data flow directly into Salaris Payroll at the click of a button.
With this integration:
Time and attendance data syncs automatically from Workforce Management into payroll.
Payroll calculations (wages, taxes, deductions) are automated, saving you time and reducing errors.
Compliance rules like overtime and break penalties are handled for you, helping you stay up to date with federal, state, and local requirements.
Payroll runs quickly with just a few clicks, so you can approve and process pay periods faster.
This integration reduces duplicate work and helps ensure your team gets paid accurately and on time.
Salaris Payroll FAQ
Will Salaris file my business taxes for me?
Salaris files quarterly and annual taxes on behalf of businesses at no extra charge, and prepares W-2s at the end of the year. See all the files included here.
Will Salaris manage leave accruals for me?
Yes! Leave is accrued in Salaris based on the policies you create and employees can request time off in Workforce based on those policies.
What about employees who want different payment methods?
Once you have enabled Salaris Payroll, employees will see a payroll option in the Workforce Mobile App they are already using! They can complete their own payroll profiles, taking the stress off you. For employees who want paper checks, that's possible using your own check book or with pre-printed checks.
What if I have two businesses?
Each EIN can only have one payroll provider. Since Workforce Management timecards are sync'd with Salaris Payroll, just make sure that each EIN has a separate Workforce account we can support.
What if I have two Shift4 Dine accounts for one EIN?
The automated timecard and tip import in Salaris Payroll are based on one EIN to one Shift4 Workforce Management account relationship. If your business/EIN has more than one Shift4 Merchant ID (MID)/Shift4 Dine account, you can use Salaris for payroll but will not be able to use the our automated timecard and tip imports. You may consider:
consolidating your accounts under 1 MID so you can use all of Salaris' features, or
manually adding Workforce Management timecards and tips into Salaris payroll as you would with any other payroll provider.
