Password reset (mobile)

Follow these steps to regain access to your Workforce account on mobile.

Introduction

If you have forgotten your password, you will need to perform a "Forgot Password" process to regain access to your Workforce account. Below you will find the process to reset your password from the mobile app.

Note: If you attempt to enter your password too any times, your account will be temporarily suspended. It will automatically un-suspend after 15 minutes.

Process - From Phone (Mobile App)

Most users will have the Workforce Mobile App installed on their phone. The following instructions relate only to a password reset performed from the phone.

Launch the Workforce mobile app.

Enter your mobile number and tap on NEXT.

Tap on the Forgot Password? link (do not enter a password on this screen).

A security code will be sent via a text message to your phone.

Retrieve the security code and enter it in the screen when prompted.

Enter a new password (must be a minimum length of 8 characters).

Tap on DONE to complete the process.
