Begin by logging in to Lighthouse, then navigating to Workforce > Scheduler.
Note: To complete this task, you need Lighthouse Business Manager credentials, you must be assigned as a manager in the department you are editing, and you must have the Manage Schedules permission in SkyTab Workforce.
Click on the company name to open the company menu and select Departments from the list.
On the Settings menu on the left, select Shift Swaps/Drops.
Use the toggles to change the swap and drop permissions.
You can use the Auto approve checkbox to allow shift swaps to occur without a manager's
approval.
When you have finished editing, click on the Save button to save your changes.
