Introduction
Customer Hub provides the ability to map data between Workforce Management timecards and Payroll Systems. Once mappings are in place the CSV export of timecard data from Workforce Management can be imported directly into Payroll Systems.
Prerequisite
Administrator or Manager with 'manage timecards' sub-permission
Navigation
From Customer Hub, click on Workforce-> Timecards. Then click the Export button and select Payroll Systems (CSV) under Export to Payroll.
Mappings between Workforce Management and Payroll Systems
Please contact your Payroll Systems account representative to obtain the codes which are specific to your Payroll Systems account.
Mapping is typically a one-time exercise on initial setup, which is retained once set. Changes may be subsequently required, however this should be infrequent.
Map the following high-level sections;
Workforce Management Department to Payroll Systems Account ID
Workforce Management Compliance Rules to Payroll Systems Det Codes
Workforce Management Jobs to Payroll Systems Job Codes
Export CSV file
Once mappings have been created, click 'Export' to generate the Payroll Systems file.
