When managing multiple projects, it can become challenging to keep track of budgets and spending within an account. HUB accounts have access to a feature known as Metrics. Metrics, located on main page of your HUB account, contains a record of all spending analytics and transaction histories.
In this article, we will summarize the two categories in the Metrics tab: Spending Analytics & Transactions.
Metrics - Spending Analytics
Spending analytics breaks down a HUB accounts spending over a specific date range. A From and To date can be selected above the analytic graphics provided if a user is only interested in reviewing spending between a specific timeframe.
Once the dates are selected, the analytics are presented into four different categories:
Total amount spent per month.
Total amount spent per month, separated by source.
Total amount spent per month, separated by user role.
Total amount spent per month, separated by user account.
Using these analytics, users can view how much is spent per month on different categories, assisting SuperAdmins to acquire the appropriate budgetary information needed for reports.
Users also have the option to enlarge the analytics, view the summary data, or export the data as a CSV file.
Metrics - Transactions
While Spending Analytics summarizes the amount of funds spent, "Transactions" summarize each order placed by users on the HUB account.
Users can view the following transaction information in the "Transactions" table:
Order Date
Name of the User
User Role
Product Type
Resolution
Total Price (USD)
Users can adjust the information returned by changing the From and To dates above the table.
This can become useful if a user needs to confirm if a specific order was placed or to determine what users have been the most active on the HUB application during a specific month or months.
