In this article, we will go through the steps on how a SuperAdmin user can add a Project to a HUB account.

  1. Go to Projects

  • Log onto HUB and go to the Organization tab.

  • Select Projects

2. Review Projects Table

  • A list of all your HUB projects will appear in the table; columns include Project name, Payment Method assigned, and Actions.

  • The Actions (three dot icon) contain the options to Add a User, Remove a User, Change Payment Method, and Delete Project.

    • Adding or removing a user will be required when your team on a project grows, or you have a user who is no longer involved and can't have permission to use the funds.

    • Changing the payment method may be required when the organization budget is adjusted, or a new source of income in replacing the current one.

    • Deleting option for when a project is complete or is no longer active.

Note: Only a SuperAdmin exhibits account permission to utilize any of the Actions associated with a Project.

3. Add Project

At the top right of the Projects table, you will see the "+ Add Projects" button.

  • Click on "+ Add Projects"

  • The following window will appear,

Here, the user (only SuperAdmins have permission) can assign the Project a name, add a payment method (already set up by the SkyWatch Account Manager and Support team), and users only associated with the organization project.

  • Once you have added all your required information, click "Save".

4. Refresh and Check Projects Table

To confirm the new Project was added successfully, refresh the page and check your Projects table. You can use the "Search" bar to find your project is you have several options on the HUB account.
