When you can cancel a Slay Markets deposit or withdrawal — and how to do it.

Whether you can cancel a pending Slay Markets deposit or withdrawal depends on the funding method and how far the transaction has progressed. ACH and SEPA deposits, and ACH and wire withdrawals, may be cancelable only before processing begins — so contact support at support@slaymarkets.com immediately. Debit card deposits and wire deposits already sent from your bank cannot be canceled. Cancellation is never guaranteed, so the faster you reach out, the better your chance of stopping a transaction before it is sent.

Wire transfer withdrawals may also be cancelable, but only before the wire is sent from Slay Markets; once the wire has been sent, Slay Markets cannot recall it. Email submissions are accepted 24/7 and receive a response within 1 business day, but for time-sensitive cancellations, the faster you contact support, the higher the likelihood of a successful cancellation before the transaction is sent.

If you sent a wire transfer deposit to Slay Markets by mistake — wrong account, wrong amount, or wrong firm — contact your sending bank immediately, because banks have limited windows for recalling wire transfers. A wire transfer deposit cannot be canceled by Slay Markets once it has been sent from your bank, but Slay Markets will cooperate with the return process for verified erroneous wires and may be able to return a wire it has not yet processed. Q: I submitted a debit card deposit to Slay Markets and immediately realized it was the wrong amount. Can I reverse it?

A: No. Debit card deposits cannot be canceled or reversed once submitted, under any circumstances. The funds will post to your Slay Markets account as normal. You may withdraw the funds after they clear and any hold period expires.

Q: I requested a Slay Markets withdrawal and changed my mind. Can I stop it?

A: Possibly — a Slay Markets withdrawal may be cancelable if it has not yet been processed and sent.
