These types of surveys must have a pre-loaded user list, which will be linked to the survey generated in Slik.

You have two ways to access and respond to the survey:

Each respondent with a corporate email address will receive a message (fully editable, with your organization's logo) from the address no-reply@slikpro.com inviting them to participate in a survey.

Within the email body, the user will find (in addition to the editable message) a button that will take them directly to respond to the survey.

If the user cannot access through this method, they can also copy the access link and paste it into a Google Chrome/Firefox/Safari or Microsoft Edge browser (or mobile browsers with iOS or Android operating systems).

They can also access through "SSO" or "Single Sign-On" which enables access to the Application to view reports or respond to surveys (depending on their role permissions).

In cases where collaborators do not have a corporate email, either because their roles do not require it, there is an alternative method enabled for this purpose, which you can see through this link.

Once the user accesses the survey, the following welcome screen will appear:

The organization's logo will always be present, along with the survey progress bar indicating the number of questions available for that survey. Finally, in the center, there will always be a reminder confirming that the survey has protected responses.

*Important Note*: Survey responses are automatically saved. Therefore, if the user needs to exit and re-enter the survey, they will resume where they left off and can edit their responses if necessary.

Questions will be presented one at a time on the screen. In the case of mandatory questions, the user must answer them before advancing to the next.

If a question is not mandatory, it can be skipped without answering.

Once the survey is completed, the tool provides a summary of all the questions the user has answered and those they have skipped, allowing for changes if needed.

If the user agrees with the final responses, they should select "Send Survey".

Once this selection is made, they will be taken to a confirmation screen with a thank-you message for their participation.

This closes access to editing, and since the link is unique and personalized, it will be completely disabled for further access. If the user attempts to access it again, they will see the following screen:
