How do I add more than 4 students to a group?
How do I add more than 4 students to a group?
The SLP Toolkit schedule automatically caps at four students per group so it doesn't overschedule a group for you. However, you can manually add as many students as you would like to a group using one of two methods!
To do this, drag the student who needs to be scheduled from the 'Service Times' area to an existing group. Alternatively, for larger groups, you can create overlapping time blocks by splitting students into smaller subgroups, creating separate blocks at the same time slot, and assigning students to the corresponding time blocks.
You may see that you cover up another student's name in the group when you do this, but all students in the group will show up correctly on the schedule printout and in the daily data agenda.
How do I adjust my schedule without affecting past sessions?
How do I adjust my schedule without affecting past sessions?
If you need to update your schedule and ensure that new sessions are only applied to future dates:
Navigate to the Daily Data page and click on the schedule name to open it.
Click on the Actions button at the top and choose 'Edit Calendar Details.'
Update the schedule's start date to today's date.
This adjustment ensures that your schedule changes take effect only for future sessions without retroactively affecting earlier ones. Your previously logged sessions will remain unchanged.

Single User Access: Ensure that only one user is accessing the account at a time. The SLP Toolkit system supports single-user access to maintain consistency.
Limit Device Logins: Avoid simultaneous logins or data entry across multiple devices. For best results, use the account on no more than two devices. These practices help prevent conflicts in saving changes and ensure data integrity.## Best practices for maintaining your schedule
Regularly review and update your schedule to reflect current requirements.
Schedule adjustments should be coordinated within teams to avoid overlapping changes.
Avoid revisiting old schedules unnecessarily, as retroactive changes can disrupt historical data.
