To create a non therapy event on a schedule, open that schedule, right click on the schedule at the time you want your event to start. You will see a list of pre-populated options on the drop down, and also an 'Other' option to enter custom text.

It defaults to a 30 minute time block, but you can drag the right side of the event to shorten or lengthen that time.

These non-therapy events can't be added from the daily data agenda just yet, but we are working on adding that functionality in the very near future! As a workaround, you can create a student named "IEP Meeting" and create a single session in Daily Data by right clicking your mouse and then selecting 'New Therapy Session'.
