In the event you need to leave us, we still maintain your data for 90 days. Due to rising costs and our commitment to protecting your sensitive data, all terminated accounts will undergo a form of 'data dumping' every 90 days. All student data associated with a terminated account over 90 days old will be deleted. This data will not be accessible even if your account is reactivated or a new account is created with your email address again in the future.

We recommend users save any data they may need to a PDF on their device from the Reports tab just in case. Check out the tooltip below to see how to download reports!
