In the event you need to leave us, we will maintain your data for 30 days. Thirty (30) days after cancellation, your account will be disabled and your data will be scheduled for permanent deletion. Once your account is deleted, your data will not be accessible even if your account is reactivated or a new account is created with your email address again in the future.
Before canceling, we recommend making the following update to your account details:
For individual accounts paid with a personal credit card, we recommend updating the email on file to a personal email (vs. a school email) so that you will receive future notifications before your data is deleted.
For individual accounts paid with a school credit card, we recommend updating the email on file to a school representative so they will receive future notifications in the event you leave the school district.
You can change account details (e.g. name or email) in the profile section of your account when logged in.

We will say, we don't want you to pay for it! Another option that might work better for your needs would be to switch from a personal account to a district paid account, especially if there are other SLPs in your district who use the software. Your district admin would be able to re-assign accounts if an SLP leaves your district without cancelling the account or losing the SLP's data/notes.
