In the event you need to leave us, we still maintain your data for 90 days. Due to rising costs and our commitment to protecting your sensitive data, all terminated accounts will undergo a form of 'data dumping' every 90 days. All student data associated with a terminated account over 90 days old will be deleted. This data will not be accessible even if your account is reactivated or a new account is created with your email address again in the future.
Before canceling, we recommend making the following update to your account details:
For individual accounts paid with a personal credit card, we recommend updating the email on file to a personal email (vs. a school email) so that you will receive future notifications before your data is deleted.
For individual accounts paid with a school credit card, we recommend updating the email on file to a school representative so they will receive future notifications in the event you leave the school district.
You can change account details (e.g. name or email) in the profile section of your account when logged in.
Make sure to save your student data before canceling:
We recommend users save any data they may need to a PDF on their device from the Reports tab just in case. You can batch print data reports for all students, simply select the type of report you would like to view.

We will say, we don't want you to pay for it! Another option that might work better for your needs would be to switch from a personal account to a district paid account, especially if there are other SLPs in your district who use the software. Your district admin would be able to re-assign accounts if an SLP leaves your district without cancelling the account or losing the SLP's data/notes.
