We understand that our users may not be as active in their accounts over the summer months. However, there are several benefits to maintaining your subscription during this time:

Currently, there is no option to pause a subscription. Cancelled accounts regularly undergo a form of 'data dumping' every 90 days, and any data associated with a cancelled account will not be accessible, even if a new account is created again in the future.
We will say, we don't want you to pay for it! Another option that might work better for your needs would be to switch from a personal account to a district paid account, especially if there are other SLPs in your district who use the software. Your district admin would be able to re-assign accounts if an SLP leaves your district without cancelling the account or losing the SLP's data/notes. If you do decide to take a break, you can cancel your subscription from your account profile and re-register at a later time.
If you decide to reinstate your subscription within 90 days, you can do that at any time by logging into your Toolkit account, choosing a subscription plan, and adding payment info. Be sure to refresh your browser once you reinstate your account so your old data will repopulate.
