Turning on MyTech chats and video messages

Log in to your Partner Dashboard.

  1. Go to your “Settings”, and Navigate to “Tech Chat”

  2. Under “Direct Chat and Video,” click on the “Enable Tech Chat”

  3. Homeowners will now see the option to chat with a tech on their home screen, and techs will see the options to chat in the Pro App as well.
