Before you start
The MyTech feature should be turned on in your Partner Dashboard (see more How do I turn on the MyTech text chats and video calls for my team?)
You’ll need a tech account with the “Video Chat on Call” option turned on to access the Pro App from your Partner Dashboard (see more How do I set up a tech account for the Pro App?)
Member see MyTech chat options in their home app
Members can see options to chat with their technicians right on their home screen in the app
Members can choose to text or video chat
