By integrating SightPlan with SmartRent, any work orders created by SmartRent’s IoT devices will be dropped into SightPlan automatically. This will improve maintenance team efficiency and eliminate the need to manually re-enter work orders into SightPlan from SmartRent.

To integrate SightPlan with SmartRent, follow these steps:

Upon receiving the work order event, SightPlan will either create or reject the event before notifying the appropriate parties. Once the work order event is accepted and the work order is created, SightPlan will request an access code via the SmartRent Vendor API. All work orders will continue to follow the standard work order process until completed.
