Lasso is a large Customer Relationship Management platform mostly used by Single Family builders for lead management and automation. SmartRent Self-Guided Tours is fully integrated to sync prospects and tours into Lasso.
Integrating Lasso with SmartRent:
Before you begin, you will need to contact your SmartRent Account Manager. They will reach out to Lasso in order to receive the API Key that needs to be entered into SmartRent. Once you have the API Key, follow these steps in SmartRent:
Click on the desired Community
Click Settings in the left sidebar menu
Click Integrations
Click Lasso
Click the Credentials tab towards the top of the page
Enter the API Key from Lasso
Click Save
Click the Property Settings tab towards the top of the page
Enable Send Prospects to Provider
Enable Send Tours to Provider
Click Save
