How Do I Set Up the RentCafe Integration in SmartRent?
RentCafe is a Customer Relationship Management platform (CRM) from Yardi. It is used for prospecting and leasing services. Integrating RentCafe with SmartRent provides a more efficient management of self-guided tours, saving time by providing a single source of truth.
After the integration has been successfully configured and enabled, you will use RentCafe’s calendar exclusively to manage self-guided tour scheduling. No longer will it be necessary to ensure RentCafe and SmartRent’s Tour calendars align.
Setting Up RentCafe Integration:
To integrate SmartRent with RentCafe, follow these steps in SmartRent:
Click on the desired property in SmartRent
Click Settings in the left sidebar menu
Click Integrations
Select RentCafe
Click the Credentials tab toward the top of the page
Insert RentCafe company code into the RentCafe company code field
Insert RentCafe marketing api key in the RentCafe marketing api_key field
Click the Update Provider Settings button
Click the Property Settings tab toward the top of the page
Toggle the Enable Available Timeslots slider to the right
Insert RentCafe Property Code into the RentCafe Property Code field
Click Save
Click the Overview tab toward the top of the page
Click Enable Integration.
