SmartRent Manager allows you to pull detailed reports for your community. Enable and download reports for work orders, smart home devices, Self-Guided Tours, and everything in between, giving you helpful and essential insight into your community.

Enabling Reports
To enable reports in SmartRent Manager, follow these steps:
Click Reports in the top bar menu
Click Exports in the left sidebar menu
Enable the toggle next to your desired reports for them to start generating
By default, the report will provide every available detail, but you can customize this by clicking the pencil icon of the report (changes made here will apply to all communities under the organization)
Customizing Reporting Cadence
To adjust how often reports are auto-generated in SmartRent Manager, follow these steps:
Click Reports in the top bar menu
Click Exports in the left sidebar menu
Scroll to the bottom of the page to Settings
Choose Daily or Weekly from the Reporting Cadence dropdown menu
Downloading Reports
To download reports in SmartRent Manager, follow these steps:
Click Reports in the top bar menu
Click Exports in the left sidebar menu
Click the download icon next to the enabled report you wish to download
Downloaded reports are not real-time and are based off of your preferred report cadence, updated either daily or weekly
Once you have set a report cadence for the first time, you must wait for the specified time period to pass before you will be able to download the report (e.g.,waiting a week after cadence setup to download your first weekly report)
Downloading Reports via SFTP Connection
If your organization uses an external server, you can have reports automatically exported based on the reporting cadence. To set up a SFTP Connection for reports, follow these steps in SmartRent Manager:
Click Reports in the top bar menu
Click Exports in the left sidebar menu
Scroll to the bottom of the page to Settings
Input your SFTP Server URL
Add the desired path in the SFTP Directory field
Input your SFTP Username
Input your SFTP Password
Click Save
