Managing Users:
Once added, these attributes can be assigned to new and existing users. The fields for users must exactly match the values in SmartRent Manager for the auto-assigning feature to work properly.
For example, if a new employee is to be assigned the SmartRent Role Leasing Agent, the field in the employee’s Okta profile must be Leasing Agent. If the fields in Okta and SmartRent Manager do not match exactly, the employee will not be auto-assigned the Role, Region, Property, or Property Codes.
