How Do I Block a Prospect From Booking Another Future Tour?

The Tours Dashboard in SmartRent allows you to control who can book subsequent tours in your community. This helps site teams save time and resources by preventing bad faith actors, who have failed to adhere to your Self-Guided Tour code of conduct, from signing up for additional tours.

Block prospects features:

With the block prospects feature, you have the ability to:

  • Record a reason for blocking the prospect in the prospect’s information page

  • Filter prospects by Blocked or Active status within the Prospects tab of the Tours table

  • Unblock a previously blocked prospect, with the ability to note why the status changed

  1. Click on the desired property

  2. Click on the Tours tab in the left side bar menu

  3. Click the Prospects Tab at the top of the page
