How Do I Create Access Levels in Alloy Access?

To sync SmartRent users into Alloy Access, SmartRent-specific access levels that match the users to SmartRent need to be created. We work with site staff to assign the appropriate doors and schedules to each access level. The default access levels are as follows:

  • Residents

  • Staff

  • Guests

  • Deliveries

  • Vendors

  • Maintenance

Adding Access Levels:

To add access levels, follow these steps:

  1. Log into Alloy Access

  2. Click on the desired site

  3. Click Configuration in the left side bar menu

  4. Click Access Levels in the left side bar menu

  5. Click Add Access Level

  6. Name the access level

  7. Click Save

  8. Click Add Door and/or Add Elevator

  9. Select door from the drop-down menu

  10. Select a schedule from the drop-down menu

  11. Click Save
