The SmartRent platform allows you to quickly see what guests are checked-in to any of your parking spaces at any given time. To access the filter, click Parking in the left sidebar menu, then click the purple Guest Checked In card towards the top of the page.

After clicking on the Guest Checked In card, you’ll see all the spaces that are currently in use. This page will show you the Space Number, Space Type, Booking Type, Construction Type, and Status for the in-use spaces. Additionally, you can click on any space on the page to view past and present information regarding the particular parking space, such as status as well as activity over a chosen duration of time.

Site team can also view past and present guest sessions for a specific parking space. Clicking on the current or past sessions will display details of that session.

You can even view the revenue of a particular parking space using the Daily Revenue graph. This graph will show you the most profitable time of day and lifetime revenue of the space.
