To send an email to a client, follow these steps:
Step 1: Select the client's name from the Clients list by either searching for the client in the system or clicking on their name.
Step 2: After selecting the client's name, locate and click on the "Contact Client" button. This button is found at the top of the client’s profile.
Step 3: A pop-up window will appear on the screen, providing a space where you can enter your email. This window allows you to compose the message and view its contents before sending.
Step 4: Using the AI tool, enter a reason for the email, your desired salutations, and the desired tone of the message to generate an email. OR;
Choose a template to use to send an email to your client. OR;
Manually compose a message to your client with your desired subject and body.
Step 5: Once you've composed your message, review it to ensure accuracy and clarity and make any final edits. If everything looks good, click on the paper plane button within the pop-up window to proceed with sending the email.
