Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Open Setup Menu

  1. Log in to TaxWise

  2. Navigate to Settings > General Settings > under Administrator Settings > Custom Fields.

Step 2: Access Custom Fields Section

  1. Locate the Custom Fields section.

  2. Click the Edit Icon beside the Field number that you want to customize.

Step 3: Define Custom Field Details

  1. Enter the necessary details upon clicking the Edit icon.

Step 4: Save and Apply Changes

  1. Click Update to finalize the custom field.

  2. Ensure the new field is available in tax return forms where applicable by marking the box below.

By using custom fields, EROs can efficiently manage unique data points and streamline their workflow in TaxWise.
