Here's a simple solution to get your cover pages printing correctly in Taxslayer:
Navigate to Configuration:
From the Main Screen, head over to Configuration.
Access Office Setup:
Go to Office Setup
Check Cover Page Settings:
Scroll down to Office Configuration, and under Cover Page Settings, verify that it doesn’t say "No Cover Page."
