In addition to default print options, you can create custom print sets for tax returns. The default print options include:
One Copy, Two Copies, or Three Copies (Federal and State)
One Copy – Federal Only
One Copy – State Only
One Copy – Form 8879 Only
Print Invoice
These options can be accessed from the Submission Page within the return.
How to Create a Custom Print Set:
From the Main Menu, go to Configuration.
Select Print Setup, then choose Custom Print Sets.
Click + Add Print Set.
Enter a Print Set Name.
Select the number of copies for each form or schedule—use the search bar or filter by state.
Scroll down and click + Set Range to quickly assign copy numbers.
Click Save to finalize the print set.
Repeat these steps to create additional custom print sets as needed.
