Overview

The SMArtX Cash Management Application (CMA) empowers you to handle client fund inflows and outflows seamlessly. Use it to meet immediate cash needs or plan ahead—all from an intuitive dashboard.

How to

  • From the Home Dashboard > Accounts Dropdown in the left navigation menu > Cash Management

OR

  • Account Details > Withdraw button

Set up Transactions and Schedules

Create transactions (withdrawals or deposits) - From CMA Account Details screen >

  • Use toggle option Future or Recurring Transaction Scheduling

  • Set up date and details

  • Click Continue

Choose transaction method - via first dropdown

  • Rebalancer

  • Pro Rata

  • Equal weight

  • Custom

Pick Rebalancer to use target weights already set up, or use the Custom option for precise asset allocation.

Select the transaction type:

  • Withdrawals to raise cash, or

  • Deposits to invest cash

When a transaction is set up, a dedicated account funding sleeve is created to handle the activity.

Track and Review CMA Activity

Monitor all active schedules in one place.

Accounts dropdown from the left navigation > Cash Management > CMA Account Details screen

  • Schedules tab - Filter by attributes, check statuses (pending, processing, complete), and keep future transactions in view

  • History tab to review all past CMA activity, including any failed schedules that may need your attention

  • You can cancel any future-dated activity at any time to stop a schedule
