Overview

The rebalancing process follows three main steps:
Identify → Review → Approve


Step 1: Accounts to Rebalance

Rebalancer → Accounts to Rebalance


What to Do

  1. Review flagged accounts

  2. Use filters or tiles to narrow results

  3. Select accounts

  4. Click Submit Request


Important Note

Trade recommendations are generated in real time, so results may vary depending on market conditions.



Step 2: Pending Approval (Pre-Trade Review)

Rebalancer → Pending Approval → View Details


What to Review

  • Buys and sells

  • Cash changes

  • Estimated tax impact

  • Trade logic used


Trade Logic Options

  • Best Fit → Closest to target allocation

  • Minimum Transaction → Fewer trades, within tolerance


Available Actions

  • Approve → Send trades for execution

  • Cancel → Stop the request

  • Remove Accounts → Exclude specific accounts



Step 3: History

Rebalancer → History


What to Monitor

  • Status of submitted rebalances

  • Any failures or errors

  • Execution outcomes
